About

Who We Are

Our journey started from humble beginnings as determined father and son enterprise providing electrical services to the Scarborough community. With a shared vision and unwavering commitment to each other Niel and Nathan gained the trust of local residents and business and gradually grew NTL.

Nathan comments:

Things were extremely challenging in the early years with us both working many hours to build the business. From the outset we focused on quality workmanship and service with the aim of exceeding our customers expectations. Looking back, we made many sacrifices as a family with the natural difficulties that come separating work from family. As NTL developed, we were fortunate to find some incredible staff who have stayed with us over the long term and reinforced our ethos.

The only easy day was yesterday…

Today NTL Electrical employs numerous electricians, fitters and admin support in Scarborough and Whitby. We continue to work hard to develop lasting relationships and our business has grown largely from repeat work. We always work flexibly with our customers in a spirit of openness and honesty. Our depth of knowledge and expertise combined with our partnership approach has enabled us to meet our customers needs whilst maintaining a cost-effective quality service.

Our Mission

“It is our mission to deliver a cost effective quality electrical service to our customers whilst creating a safe positive environment for our workforce. We will continue to embrace new technologies and develop our technical expertise through re-investment and quality training”.

Our Vision

“We value the importance of our workforce and will continue to develop and support individuals with their careers. We are committed to achieving sustainable long term economic growth by remaining customer focused and adapting to the ever changing electrical industry.
